How Plants Create Oxygen

6 water (H2O) + 6 Carbon dioxide (CO2) + energy (sunlight) = Glucose (C6H12O6) + 6 oxygen (O2)

The xylem and pholem trasport water around the plant. The chloroplasts convert the water into glucose and oxygen with the use of carbon dioxide, a reusable phosphate molecule, and energy from the sun except green light, which reflects off of the chloroplasts which is why the leaves appear greeen.
