Scuba
Scuba diving is limited to time and they're weighted down with a lot of gear. They can only go down so far with oxygen, before the oxygen expands in their lungs due to all the pressure. They also face decompression sickness. Decompression sickness is when nitrogen molecules get lodged into vital organs and cause them to fail. The way to prevent this is by reducing the speed at which you ascend or the pressure which is controlled by the depth of the water.
